GYM FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITIES WITH SMTF
At Self Made, we’re not just another franchise – we’re a movement. We offer a unique opportunity for

FRANCHISE FEE:
$50,000
The initial franchise fee is a one-time payment of $50,000 to acquire the rights to operate a franchise.
FLAT FEES:
$1500
Monthly Flat Fees | Software | Tools etc..
ROYALTIES:
5-7%
Franchisees pay a 7% royalty fee on gross monthly sales to the franchisor.
ADVERTISING – PROMOTIONAL FEE:
2-4%
A 2% advertising fee is collected on gross monthly sales to contribute to national and regional marketing campaigns.
MINIMUM NET WORTH REQUIRED:
$500K
Prospective franchisees must demonstrate a minimum net worth of $500,000 to be considered.
